RateGain Travel Technologies Limited reported consolidated net profit of Rs 74.7 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, up 46.5% from Rs 51 crore a year earlier, according to its 5 November 2026 exchange press release and Inc42's read of the results. Operating revenue rose 152.6% year on year to Rs 745.4 crore from Rs 295.1 crore, reflecting consolidation of travel marketing platform Sojern, which RateGain acquired for about $250 million in November 2025. Sequentially, Inc42 noted profit fell from about Rs 94.9 crore and revenue from about Rs 785 crore.

Adjusted for deferred deal consideration tied to Sojern, the company said adjusted PAT rose 78% year on year to Rs 90.8 crore and adjusted EBITDA more than tripled to Rs 169.1 crore, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 22.7%. For H1 FY27, operating revenue was Rs 1,530.4 crore, up 169.5%, and free cash flow stood at Rs 282.3 crore, an 87% conversion of EBITDA, per the NSE and BSE press release. A UK subsidiary repayment of $46.3 million on results day cut outstanding acquisition related debt to $31.3 million, or about a quarter of the original $125 million facility, Inc42 reported.

RateGain sells AI powered SaaS across data as a service, distribution and marketing technology for hotels, airlines, OTAs, car rentals and destination marketing organisations. Marketing technology now accounts for about 80.2% of revenue, Inc42 said, and the combined customer base reached 14,538 at end September. Founder and MD Bhanu Chopra said customers are leaning on the firm's data and AI as travel demand shifts, and that H2 priorities include cross selling the RateGain and Sojern platform. The print is a listed SaaS checkpoint after a large overseas MarTech buy, not a startup seed story.
