Live2.ai, a Bengaluru startup that sells social media intelligence software to consumer brands, has raised Rs 130 Cr (about $14 Mn) in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round combines primary capital for growth with a secondary component that gives partial liquidity to early shareholders. Inc42 reports that backers on its board include Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park.

The platform listens to brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, flags trends, audits influencer and user-generated content for compliance, schedules social posts and tracks campaign performance. It can also turn rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences. The company runs eight AI agents, including ones for crisis detection, trend scouting, campaign auditing and automated responses, which work on a shared data layer with governance controls and human review.

Live2.ai was cofounded in 2024 by J Venkat, who is CEO, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, according to Entrackr. The company says it serves more than 200 brands across the US, Europe and Southeast Asia, naming Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Titan Brands and Shiseido among them, and that revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months, with 90% earned outside India.

The money will go into its agent platform, enterprise sales to global consumer brands and regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, along with hiring in engineering, data science and customer success in North America, Europe, Singapore and India. The round adds to a busy stretch for AI marketing software, an area where Inc42 notes that larger players such as Adobe and MoEngage have recently bought agentic martech startups.
