365squared launches 365callguard AI voice fraud shield for telcos
The Route Mobile subsidiary's platform targets seven scam types, from vishing and CLI spoofing to Wangiri and robocalls, and can block or rewrite caller ID before a call reaches the subscriber.
365squared, a Route Mobile company inside Proximus Global, launched 365callguard on 3 November 2026, an AI-powered voice fraud protection product for mobile operators, fixed-line operators and voice carriers. Route Mobile filed the launch with the BSE and NSE the same day under Regulation 30, and YourStory, Elets CIO and VARINDIA also covered the announcement.
The platform is built to spot and stop fraudulent calls before they reach subscribers. According to the company release and secondary reports, it covers seven fraud types on one stack: vishing (voice phishing), CLI spoofing (faked caller ID), Wangiri (missed-call scams), international revenue share fraud (IRSF), SIM box fraud, flash calls and robocalls. Detection mixes dedicated AI models with rule-based checks for real-time analysis.
365callguard plugs into existing operator infrastructure. Depending on operator policy and what the network supports, it can automatically block a call, modify the caller ID shown to the subscriber, or send an alert. 365squared CEO Tonio Ellul said voice fraud is getting harder to catch with traditional tools as scammers use AI and social engineering. Route Mobile CEO Tushar Agnihotri framed communications security as a strategic priority for operators.
The product extends 365smsguard, 365squared's earlier AI messaging protection, from SMS into voice. 365squared says its solutions already reach operators with a combined subscriber base of more than 600 million, and the work feeds Proximus Global's wider security push across BICS, Route Mobile and Telesign. Route Mobile is listed in India and headquartered in Mumbai.
