Fund management software platform Taghash launched Brain, an artificial intelligence assistant built into its product, Entrackr reported on November 2, 2026, citing a company press release. Brain uses a fund's existing Taghash data to analyse portfolio performance, generate reports, build dashboards with live data and execute tasks inside the platform.

Taghash said the assistant helps investment teams consolidate company updates, compare portfolio companies and prepare reports that previously took days, now in minutes. It builds on earlier Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and WhatsApp and Slack assistants. The company plans more agentic capabilities in the coming months.

Taghash told Entrackr that more than 50% of active venture capital funds in India already use its platform for daily workflows covering dealflow, portfolio management, fund operations and limited partner management. Brain is being rolled out to select customers first. The company says the assistant respects existing access permissions and that fund data is not used to train AI models.

The launch fits a wider push by Indian SaaS firms to put conversational agents on top of operational data rather than forcing teams to export spreadsheets. Taghash did not disclose pricing for Brain in the materials summarised by Entrackr.
