Shiprocket turns PAT positive in Q2 FY27 as operating revenue climbs about 35% to Rs 674 Cr
The listed ecommerce enablement platform posted a consolidated net profit of about Rs 0.6 Cr after a Rs 20.3 Cr loss a year earlier, with Emerging lines growing faster than Core.

Shiprocket reported its first quarterly results after listing and swung to a consolidated profit after tax of about Rs 0.6 crore in Q2 FY27, against a loss of about Rs 20.3 crore in the same quarter a year earlier. Entrackr, Inc42 and Moneycontrol all put operating revenue near Rs 674 crore, up about 35% year on year from about Rs 500 crore. The company said Adjusted EBITDA rose to about Rs 14.2 crore.
Core shipping and logistics remained the larger engine, with Core revenue about Rs 461.5 crore, up about 25%, while the Emerging segment (cross-border, omnichannel fulfilment, hyperlocal, checkout and martech) grew about 61% to about Rs 212 crore. Shiprocket's revised NSE press release dated November 5, 2026, adds that trailing twelve-month GMV reached about Rs 3.74 lakh crore across more than 236,100 active merchants, and that IPO proceeds helped repay borrowings so the half closed debt-free.
For H1 FY27, Entrackr notes operating revenue of about Rs 1,266 crore and a narrowed net loss of about Rs 13.1 crore. Sequentially, Q2 still follows a Q1 loss of about Rs 13.7 crore, so one profitable quarter does not yet make a full-year turn. Shares rose after the print as investors priced the first clean post-IPO scorecard.
The digital-economy angle is straightforward: India's largest ecommerce enablement stack for MSMEs is showing that Core logistics can fund Emerging software and fulfilment products while merchant GMV keeps compounding on UPI-era online retail. The next test is whether Emerging margins keep improving and whether Core growth stays ahead of costs as festive volumes fade.
