PowerUp Money raises $10 Mn led by Flourish Ventures to scale AI wealth advisory
The Bengaluru wealthtech platform, founded by Uni Cards co-founder Prateek Jindal, will put the money into AI tools, managed advisory and personalised financial planning as it moves beyond mutual funds.

Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has raised $10 million (about Rs 95 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Flourish Ventures, ETtech and Inc42 reported on November 2, 2026. Existing backers Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also participated. Founder and CEO Prateek Jindal told ETtech the round values the company at $73 million.
Jindal previously co-founded Uni Cards. PowerUp Money offers mutual fund advisory services to retail investors. ETtech said the company has more than 1.5 million customers tracking portfolios worth over Rs 2.5 lakh crore on its platform. Inc42 said its mutual fund advisory subscription, PowerUp Elite, has over 1 lakh paid members.
The company plans to use the capital to expand AI-led wealth management offerings, scale its managed advisory business and develop personalised financial planning solutions. Inc42 reported that PowerUp is pushing beyond mutual funds into a fuller stack that combines investment advice, managed wealth services and digital advisory. It has launched Elite Prime, an end-to-end digital wealth advisory offering that includes an AI wealth coach, and is seeking to scale Infinite, its managed wealth advisory product. Inc42 said Infinite has grown to nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management within about nine months.
The raise lands as India's mutual fund industry sees strong systematic investment plan (SIP) inflows. Flourish Ventures, a fintech-focused firm spun out of Omidyar Network, led the cheque. PowerUp Money presents the round as fuel to bring personalised investment advisory to a wider set of Indian investors at a lower cost than traditional advice.
