Cross-border payments company Xflow has launched SaaS Subscription Management, a tool that lets Indian businesses pay for and track global software subscriptions such as AWS, OpenAI, Figma and Slack in one place, YourStory and Elets BFSI reported on November 2. A business pays Xflow by SWIFT in US dollars or in rupees through a NEFT or RTGS transfer, and a USD virtual card is then used for all of its subscription payments.

The problem it targets is familiar to finance teams. Recurring international payments on domestic cards often get declined at renewal, stall on OTP approvals, or end up on an employee's personal card and a reimbursement claim, Elets BFSI noted, pointing to India's rules on card-based recurring payments, including e-mandates and additional authentication. As companies add more tools, their subscriptions also spread across cards, teams, currencies and renewal dates. "Industry estimates suggest more than 30% of card-based recurring payments tend to fail in India," co-founder and CEO Ashwin Bhatnagar said in the company's announcement.

According to Xflow's product page, as described by Elets BFSI, businesses keep their existing vendor accounts and only change the payment details. The tool covers vendors in the US, UK, Canada and the EU, supports one-time purchases and multi-month plans, and is offered at a 0% introductory processing fee, with a 0.6% fee planned once the offer ends. Bhatnagar said the company is "already processing millions in volume since launch", a figure that has not been independently verified. Blume Ventures is named as an early user, with its finance team saying some of the firm's portfolio companies also use the service.

Xflow was founded in 2021 by former Stripe executives Anand Balaji, Ashwin Bhatnagar and Abhijit Chandrasekaran and has so far built payment infrastructure for money coming into India, serving exporters, SaaS companies, global capability centres, IT services firms and freelancers. In February 2026 the Bengaluru company raised a $16.6 million Series A led by General Catalyst at an $85 million valuation, with Square Peg, Stripe, Lightspeed, Moore Capital and PayPal Ventures taking part, and said it had received final RBI authorisation as a cross-border payment aggregator for both exports and imports, BusinessLine reported at the time.

The new product takes Xflow from inbound collections into outbound business spending, a space where cross-border licensing is drawing more fintech players. Elets BFSI pointed out that Skydo recently won final IFSCA approval as a payment service provider in GIFT City and that Razorpay received its final IFSCA licence the same week.
