## At a glance

- Company: Simplismart
- What it does: AI inference and deployment platform that helps companies and cloud providers run generative AI models efficiently on GPUs
- Based in: Bengaluru
- Latest: Raised $14 Mn Series B
- Date: 2026-10-27
- Founders: Amritanshu Jain, Devansh Ghatak

Bengaluru-based Simplismart, which builds software for running generative AI models in production, has raised $14 million in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital. NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax also took part, according to the company's announcement on October 27, which Entrackr, The Economic Times and YourStory reported the same day. Dallas Venture Capital said its own share of the round was $5 million.

TechCrunch reported that the round was entirely primary and values the four-year-old startup at about $100 million including the new money, a figure Indian Startup News also carried. The company was founded by Amritanshu Jain, its CEO, and Devansh Ghatak, both former engineers at Oracle and Google, The Economic Times reported.

Simplismart sits between AI models and the GPUs they run on. Companies can deploy models on its platform or inside their own cloud and on-premises setups, fine-tune them, scale compute up and down with demand and monitor performance. It also sells software that lets cloud providers package their GPU capacity as managed inference services under their own brands. The company says customers including HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema run production workloads on it, and that its annualised revenue run rate grew 14x over the past six months.

NVIDIA's involvement goes beyond the cheque. Jain told TechCrunch that Simplismart engineers work with NVIDIA solutions architects on integrations including the Dynamo inference software, and Dallas Venture Capital noted the startup is an early member of NVIDIA's Inception programme and has worked on NVIDIA Inference Microservices integration.

The money will go into the inference engine and orchestration platform, more cloud and sovereign AI infrastructure partners, a dynamic GPU scheduling layer that matches workloads to spare capacity across regions, and growth in North America, ETEntrepreneur reported. Asked about an earlier Economic Times report that it was in talks to raise $40 million to $50 million, Jain told TechCrunch the startup was not actively fundraising and that the Series B was closed.
