## At a glance

- Company: QwikBuild
- What it does: AI agents that build and run custom enterprise software
- Based in: Bengaluru
- Latest: Raised $2.3 Mn pre-seed
- Date: 2026-10-28
- Founders: Pradeep Ayyagari

QwikBuild, a Bengaluru enterprise AI startup, has raised $2.3 Mn (about Rs 22 Cr) in a pre-seed round led by Globalway, a technology company listed in Tokyo. Blume Ventures, DeVC and Marsshot joined the round, along with angel investors Lalit Keshre, the founder of Groww, and Ankit Nagori of Curefoods. The company says most of the money will go into go-to-market work, including a US team and wider operations in Southeast Asia.

The deal comes with a second leg. QwikBuild and Globalway are forming a joint venture to sell the platform to Japanese enterprises, and it is expected to start operating by the end of 2026. In its own filing, Globalway said it is investing $500,000 in Snow Mountain AI, the Indian company behind QwikBuild, and will hold 70% of the joint venture, which is to get an exclusive licence for the product in Japan.

The product sits between custom software development and workflow automation. Customers can use it to replace legacy systems, to build custom layers on top of packages such as SAP and Salesforce, or to build new applications from scratch, and then add AI agents to automate the workflows. Its main agent, AgentQ, is backed by human developers who handle harder integrations and code reviews, and the company says customers own the code it produces.

QwikBuild was founded in 2025 by Pradeep Ayyagari, who previously worked at slice, Flipkart and Swiggy. The company claims more than 100 enterprise customers across India, Southeast Asia, the US and Dubai, with large enterprises making up about 10 to 12% of clients, and says more than 20,000 apps have been built on the platform. These figures are the company's own and have not been independently verified.
