Operating revenue rose 41.2% year on year to Rs 76.7 crore. Whalesbook, citing the same quarterly disclosure, put revenue at Rs 76.70 crore and net profit at Rs 11.27 crore.

Sequentially, revenue grew 5.3% from Rs 72.8 crore in the June quarter, while net profit eased about 3% from Rs 11.7 crore, Inc42 said. Total income including other income of Rs 1 crore was Rs 77.7 crore, up 42% year on year. Total expenses rose 40.1% to Rs 62.2 crore, led by supply and data costs of Rs 44.9 crore, up 34.6%, and employee benefit expenses of Rs 9.9 crore, up 63.1%. Profit before tax rose 49.6% to Rs 15.5 crore.

Along with the results, the board declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for FY27, with November 13 fixed as the record date, Inc42 and Whalesbook both reported. Promoters Prachi, Kunal Kothari and Tejas Rathod voluntarily waived their entitlement to that interim dividend on their holdings, according to the company disclosure summarised by Inc42. Whalesbook put H1 FY27 revenue at Rs 149.55 crore and profit at Rs 22.93 crore; Inc42 separately said H1 net profit rose 72.4% year on year.

Mobavenue describes itself as an AI-powered advertising and consumer growth technology company. Earlier in FY27 it reported that its outcome-based AI business model accounted for most revenue, and that it had launched a Neural Engine layer across its adtech stack. The latest quarter continues a stretch of rising revenue and profits for the BSE-listed group as it scales software-led advertising products.
